IMPROVISATIONAL COMEDY WORKSHOP
Whose line is it anyway? Learn the basics of improvisational comedy and how to perform on the spot. You’ll get tips on ways to think funny on your toes and hone your communication skills. This workshop is more than a class it’s a blast, so get ready to laugh and have fun!

FOLD & FLY PAPER AIRPLANES
Up, up and away! The whole family will love this exciting class. Young kids learn ways to fold different types of paper airplanes and how to launch them. Older “kids-at-heart” will enjoy creating balsa wood or rubber band flyers. At the end of each class there will be contests like the most creative design, the longest flight, and the best landing. This class is offered by the District and partners with the Coachella Valley Radio Control Club. They will demonstrate an Electric Remote Flyer and show you how it works. Making and flying paper airplanes is great fun, and so is watching them fly. Come fly with us! |

HOOK LINE & SINKER MINI PROGRAM
Go fish! This program is a great way to teach your little ones to fish, or to be a better fisherman. It provides kids with life-long skills like environmental responsibility, leadership and ethics. What a perfect way to step away from computers and video games and enjoy the great outdoors. Parents are welcome to volunteer for the classes. |
