- What do I use for my user name and password?
Your user name is your 10-digit home phone number while your password is your zip code. Upon the first time you log in, you will be given the option to change your password to one you may remember easier.
- What if I forget my user name and password?
You can call one our community centers. Remember, you have just one Household ID Number and Password per household.
- How do I register for my chosen classes through WebTrac?
Once you have decided on a class you would like to enroll in from the recreation brochure, you must log in to WebTrac and click on “Shop”. If you are unsure of what you would like to register for, browse our Programs for complete class details.
- How do I know that my registration is successful?
Your registration is successful when you get to the page to print a receipt. You may print your receipt from a PDF document. The printed receipt is your confirmation that the transaction has completed successfully.
- Are my chances of getting into a class better if Iwalk-in a registration rather than use the web registration?
No. WebTrac processing is immediate and walk-in registration takes manual processing and extra time. The WebTrac system will allow over 200 enrollments at any one time!
- As I was searching for my classes online, I was timed out of WebTrac and had to re-enter the system. How much time do I have? It is vital that when you logon to WebTrac, you have already decided on the classes you want to enroll. With advanced preparation, completing the registration information on WebTrac should average 2-3 minutes. Your session will be timed out after 5 minutes of inactivity. Make sure to have your activity numbers and your credit card ready before you logon to WebTrac. If you must log back in, please do so within 15 minutes, and your classes will still be in your shopping cart being held for you!
- My favorite class is already full. Can I sign up on a waitlist through WebTrac? Yes. You can choose to be put on the waitlist for any class that is already filled. Our front desk clerks will contact you if a spot opens up for you, and will verify that you would still like to be enrolled. If so, your transaction will be processed at that time. There is no charge to be added to the waitlist.
- I only have a Discover card. Can I use that on WebTrac?
No. At this time, acceptable credit cards are Visa, and Master Card.
- Is there any way of tracking my class history and receipts?
Yes. To see what classes you’ve registered via WebTrac in the past, after logging on, click “My Account” then “View My Shopping History.” To print a past receipt of a WebTrac registration, go to “My Account” then “Reprint a Receipt.”
- Can I apply for the Reduced Fee Program using the online class registration system?
No. You must still apply by completing a separate application form, which is available at our Recreation Center’s or at the Administrative Office.
