GYMNASTICS FOR BOYS

This class is ideal for boys all ages who want to begin gymnastics. The highly-skilled instructor teaches basic gymnastic skills like balance, coordination, and concentration. There’s lots of fun with a focus on building self esteem.

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED GYMNASTICS FOR BOYS

This class is designed to teach men’s gymnastics for all six Olympic Events and is by invitation only. The program focuses on more difficult gymnastic skills and techniques while increasing strength, flexibility, coordination, and self esteem.

THE DESERT TUMBLEWEEDS

It’s the perfect class for our little gymnasts. Preschoolers learn balance and coordination skills. The class focuses on concentration, sharing, social skills, and building physical strength. Your little tumbleweed will have lots of fun!

Requires appropriate attire.

TUMBLING

Your child will learn tumbling skills on the floor and tumble track. This class focuses on specific drills for learning correct form, and is recommended for those wanting to get cheerleading tumbling skills.

GYMNASTICS JAMBOREE

It’s a great time to practice your gymnastic skills at this supervised event – even if you’re not signed up for a class. Come and try a few tricks, make friends and fun in the world of gymnastics!

BUDDY AND ME

You and your little buddy will love this class! Toddlers get the chance to have fun learning coordination skills like balancing, climbing, tumbling, swinging, and bouncing. It’s such a good time and a great way to gain self confidence!

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

Have your next birthday party at The District Gymnastics Academy. Your party will be packed with fun-filled gymnastics and games for boys and girls of all ages! Our coaching staff is trained to provide a safe and structured party that will long be remembered.
